This portal is a platform for wholesale purchases for business entities.
By placing an order, the Ordering Party accepts the provisions of these Regulations as well as the terms of delivery and payment.
A correctly placed order is confirmed by an automatic message sent to the customer's e-mail address. The order may be freely changed by the buyer until it is accepted by Hanipol f.h. and prepare it in stock. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day
In the case of ordering a product in stock, the order will be processed within 3 business days from the moment of order confirmation. (Working days - all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Product inventory (this feature is available to advanced users) is on-line in line with the actual inventory in the warehouse, excluding customer reservations. If the stock of a given product is exhausted in the store's warehouse, the Orderer will be informed about this within two working days. In this situation, the Ordering Party may resign from purchasing the selected product or agree to a longer implementation period.
Not all products offered by Hanipol f.h. are available in every country due to local licenses, exclusivity or patent protection. Please contact email@example.com for information. Each sale of products outside the territory of the Republic of Poland must be individually agreed with the Hanipol trading company.
Hanipol FH shall not be liable for products sold in the territory of another country, if there are laws other than in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The customer bears the burden of fees and legal obligations that apply in the country to which the products are imported. The customer is obliged to check whether a given product is approved for sale in the country to which it imports, due to applicable law and sanitary approvals. Purchases at Hanipol are made at your own risk.
At the customer's request, we issue a VAT invoice.
In order to ensure fast and safe delivery of the ordered goods to its customers, Hanipol entrusts their delivery to the courier company "UPS", If the wholesale order exceeds PLN 500 and the retail order exceeds PLN 250, the transport costs are borne by Hanipol. In the case of lower value orders, the customer covers the transport costs. The fees are flat-rate, regardless of the size of the shipment. The offer applies to orders carried out in Poland. Transport costs for orders outside the country are set individually.

All products offered by Hanipol are covered by a 24-month warranty valid from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid with the sales document.
Hanipol undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. "About personal data protection". Pursuant to this act, Hanipol customers have the right to inspect their data, to correct them and to request the cessation of their use for purposes related to the execution of the order.
